“ I just wanted to drop you a few lines to let you know my experience with 5Starwarranty went well. Customer service was prompt and pleasant. I was apprehensive at first before choosing 5 Star Warranty. I had purchased a service contract a year ago only to find out my service contract provider was involved in a class action suit, which meant my contract was no longer valid! I investigated and found out that the company and my money was backed by a risk retention group and then re-insured. When I spoke to the sales representative at the time of my first purchase of a service contract, I was told that my investment was fail-safe. Obviously the safety net failed. After finding this out, I had to go back and do some serious homework. I found that your contracts were directly insured. This meant that strict insurance guidelines were in place and my investment was secure. You truly get what you pay for. It might be a bit more for the contract, but the trade off is worth it! I know that 5Starwarranty will be here for years to come.
